2007 Frei Brothers Reserve Syrah - Wine Review

Tonight we are reviewing a very bold and full bodied syrah from the Russian River Valley. We paired this great wine with grilled shrimp and quinoa with black beans and it was just perfect. Intense flavors of dark berries and black pepper spices. You'll also get a hint of smoke and toast for a really great finish. Check out the Frei Brothers website for more information on this great vineyard located in the heart of Sonoma County. We found it at our local beverage supplier for under $15. You can't go wrong with this 2007 Syrah.
